I am so happy we had Lea as our agent! She told us about knock lending for our mortgage and it was the best decision we made! Knock lent us money to buy our new house based on the equity of our old house, we were able to buy our new home we while we were still living in our old house. They even offered to help find us contractors for any work we wanted to do on our old house before we put it on the market. With Lea's knowledge of the knock lending program we purchased our new home in January and didn't sell our old house until March. We love our new home and neighborhood! Excellent experience

Excellent experience working with Lea and finding our retirement/forever home in Florida....especially since we were in Michigan for most of the journey. Lea worked with our children in Florida, checking out houses that checked all the boxes and worked out the deal while we were 2000 miles away. When we finally saw our house, it was perfect. Exactly what we wanted and I doubt we would have found it, and gotten a great deal, without Lea's help. Heartily recommend her! Lea recently helped us successfully sell our home and we can't rave enough about how much of a guru she is when it comes to realty. Over the years, I have bought and sold properties in 3 different cities and worked with 6 different agents. Lea ranks as one of the best. First off, she is super friendly.
