Century 21 Stopper, Lance Stopper, listed my condo in Myrtle Beach for sale. A buyer signed a contract on 8/30/19 and Lance Stopper failed to secure the Ernest money which allowed the buyer during the buyer breach of contract to bail and leave nothing. He didn't secure the Ernest money into Escrow within the contract deadlines so I terminated his services. He doesn't own his mistakes. He is totally blaming it on the buyer which was part of the problem but not all. Don't hire him. He has so many people in his office that get involved in one contract and the left hand doesn't know what the other is doing. No communication between the people or with the seller. There are admins doing more than the realtor does. Unacceptable Per Mr. Stopper's response, the post office was never closed. He is making excuses and false information on his actions. I have reported him to the appropriate agencies
