Laurie Pfohl sent kitchen note pads to us for years. We used them and did not think twice about the origin. UNTIL it came time to sell our home. My instincts told me that if she was sending out freebies for five years, her business plan must have been good enough to sustain her, and she had at least that many years to learn the territory!
