Laurie Pfohl was my father’s realtor this past fall, for selling his longtime home in Pleasanton. Laurie was patient, sensitive and thorough in working with us, giving my dad options so he could make the best decision as far as the market and improvements recommended for the house before going on the market. Since the sale involved a conservatorship for my mother, things were a little more complicated. Laurie worked with us, our attorney and the court throughout the process, and monitored the situation on a regular basis, keeping us updated. She stuck with this through the long haul! My father’s house sold quickly and the timing worked out perfectly for his and my mother's move into a new house out of the area.
