Because of my field of employment, I have had to sell my house 5 times in the past 20 years. For my most recent sales experience, I interviewed 3 agents. Laurie Miller was by far the best prepared real estate agent. Before the interview, she researched my property with the town, and knew more than I did about the property. The 'comparables' she used, and her reasons, were more appropriate/applicable than the other 2 agents I interviewed. She suggested an asking price that was way higher than I expected, and what the other agents recommended. Her input and suggestions regarding the 'presentation' of my house were spot-on, and she spent time helping me set up the house for the photo-shoot and Open Houses. As a result, I got the asking price she suggested. Throughout the process, her recommendations for contractors for the Title-5 work that I had to do and the real estate lawyers needed, were high-quality selections. I greatly appreciated the help she provided in coordinating some of these activities, particularly since much of my time was spent preparing to move from one location to the next location. Again, Laurie Miller is the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with...bar none.
