Todd and Laurie were great to work with. When I contacted them and said we weren't even in the area so that we wouldn't actually be available to see houses in person, they immediately said no problem. They asked what we were looking for and then within the hour I had a list of possibilities. We picked a few and did video tours with them They were always available to answer questions and help in any way they could. Fortunately, we found our house quickly and they walked us through all the steps for home buying. They always made sure we were kept up to date on any information concerning our purchase. Our process went very smoothly and I would definitely use Todd and Laurie if we ever need to buy another house or recommend to others. They are very knowledgeable, hard working and friendly. Definitely 10/10!

I was going through a trying time and needed to sell my home in a timely manner. Todd and Laurie took care of everything. And I do mean everything. I just wanted the house gone and the memories with it. I took my things and left and they arranged for a company to come and clear out the rest, so the house was ready for the buyer. They were instrumental in finding the buyer and closing the sale very, very quickly. All of this was done while I was now living halfway across the country. I couldn't recommend them more. They were professional and courteous but still helpful when I was an emotional mess. I am extremely thankful for their help.

They, of course wanted to sell my home, but in doing so respected my wishes and recognized my angst….my home had been in our family for 78 years. Our whole shopping and buying experience was virtual because we were living on the East Coast and could not come to KS/MO in person. Todd & Laurie were very helpful every step of the way. They took videos, pictures, measurements to help us. They pointed out things in FaceTime tours that I probably wouldn’t even thought about when seeing in person - very thorough house tours. They knew what we wanted and needed, helped us to learn about various towns, commutes and what would work for our family. They were so helpful in navigating the crazy market here, doing many FaceTime tours, driving to many towns for us, answering texts and emails up until the day we arrived in the area. Overall it was a very smooth process! If and when the time comes to sell our property, we will definitely be using Todd & Laurie.
