The Meffords knew all there was to know about the market. They were very personable, so prepared, so detailed, and so on top of all the steps/processes we needed to see and know coming from another state which added another layer/challenge to house hunting. We love the house we ended up with, they were there every step of the way, kept us in constant communication on anything and everything we needed to know to help us be as successful as possible. We used the Meffords to help us find a "disabled friendly " house. Took a year of looking and then suddenly the perfect house appeared and they provided outstanding service in helping us land it. Then, after landing the perfect house they helped us sell our old house. Five (5!) days after the FOR SALE sign went up they slapped a "PENDING" addition on that sign. Four days would have been better ;>) but we're still highly satisfied with five. Highly recommend that future sellers/buyers look up Todd and Laurie before signing with any other realtor.

There keen eye for detail and what to look out for was very much appreciated. They were honest and upfront with issues we may have encountered while looking at several homes. They spotted things we would not have known. That was a very important part of the house viewing process. Everything was fully explained to us and all things from the house to the inspection and finalizing the contract was done very professionally. We couldn’t be more satisfied.
