Not only she found me the perfect home, got me in escrow in three days, but she also connected me to the best local lender, home inspector and was able to accommodate the home inspection, the doc sign, the escrow and all the relevant meetings according to my busy schedule. They were happy to listen to us when we talked about what we wanted out of a house, a home, and a realtor. Laurie was able to smoothly guide us through the process. Early on in our process, she got a good sense of what sorts of things we were looking for in a house and she worked diligently to find listings that met our criteria. We found listings on our own, but Laurie was able to find things that we overlooked. Laurie and Allan are clearly deeply knowledgeable about the San Fernando Valley and Santa Clarita areas and they brought that knowledge to work for us as we sought to buy our first home. One of the most important things we noticed about working with Laurie was how willing she was to help us out, even at unusual times.
