Laurie referred a financial institution who started the process a private lender who actually did the loan for me. I used Laurie as a dual agent on my behalf as she was very helpful all the way. She maintained communication with me throughout the transaction and it was all wrapped up in no time. I basically had to do very little work as a result of Laurie supplying all the necessary persons needed to close the transaction. I could focus solely on getting me documents in order as I was out of State when I put in the offer and returned to do the final documents. The process was very somme from the start.
