About Laurie

After graduating from Auburn University with a degree in public relations, Laurie moved to Hawaii as a newly married military spouse and spent the beginning of her career working in public relations, social media management, and event planning in the travel and tourism industry. She mastered the art of story-telling, customer service, brand management, and she successfully curated a wide range of large-scale community events that often-involved thousands of enthused residents. Laurie now finds herself in Pinehurst, NC, where she serves clients as a real estate agent. With her background, it was a natural transition and she has found great success. In 2020, Laurie was named “Rookie of the Year” and sold over $5.3 million in sales. One of her more notable successes of her career so far was securing a client relationship with a local high-volume builder. She has since sold a neighborhood of 28 new construction houses, and is now working on another neighborhood of 26-- along with assisting with the purchase and sale of her other client's houses. Laurie is keen on utilizing the digital sales techniques needed to turn homes in a competitive and technologically driven market. She is always seeking to professionally develop and adapt to the ever-changing market, ensuring the unique needs of her clients are met. Laurie lives by the ethos that her client’s needs and desires come first, and she strives to meet those demands, no matter the time and energy required.
