I am a proud mother of four wonderful children and I have been happily married for 36 years. On the selling side, I personally oversee the staging and home preparation prior to going Active and because of those extra efforts, my listings sell rapidly and often over list price. On the buying side, my philosophy is to never sell anything to a buyer I would not sell to a family member.
