This was an estate sale. Laurie Christofano was recommended by a co-worker, and I liked her from the minute I met her. She was extremely compassionate and reassuring. I was overwhelmed by the stress of having to settle my parent's estate quickly, but I sensed that Laurie would calmly guide us through the process. She did that and more. My brother was living in the house and Laurie understood and commiserated with my deep concerns for his future. She made it her task to find suitable housing for him, (he purchased a condo through Laurie), and basically restored my sanity. Incidentally, my brother is quite pleased with his new home.
