Hard to put into words how wonderful Lauren is to work with. Every step of the way, she was there, offering guidance, information, good and not so good as needed, but always with next steps. Lauren did an excellent in contacting the seller and giving them our offer the very same day and responded back to us of their acceptance. Very timely from acceptance to closing and the attorney was very personable and professional that she used. She offered advice on who to clear the land after it closed going above and beyond what was needed. Very pleasant experience and easy.
