Fabulous Advocate
Lauren is an excellent representative. We moved from out of state and was only able to visit a few times. She understood our preferences and became our eyes in previewing homes for us. Her expertise and flawless communication freed us to concentrate on the sale of our existing home and the long distance move. Great job, Lauren. Thank you!

Thank you so much for this thoughtful review. Helping you relocate from TX was such an honor, and I’m so grateful you trusted me to be your eyes during such an important move to be near your kids and grandkids. Buying a home from a distance takes a lot of trust, clear communication, and a strong understanding of what matters most to you. I loved getting to know your preferences, previewing homes on your behalf, and helping make the process feel less stressful while you focused on selling your existing home and preparing for the move. Thank you again for trusting me and The Fletcher Team & Associates. I’m so happy I could help you find your Colorado home!
