We used Lauren to sell a rental property in which she was also a tenant. I would say that the house sold despite Lauren. Her listing contained incorrect information about the home and was minimal compared to other homes that were listed for sale in the same area. She did not keep us informed on the progress other than to say that she was showing it a lot. She did forward feedback forms to us from other realtors, but didn’t offer suggestions as to how we can address the concerns. Once the property did go under contract, there were errors and the process did not go smoothly.
