When we met Lauren for the first time, I thought she may not have the experience we might need. You see, we are living in Orlando and purchasing in North Augusta and I thought that might complicate things. Well, after completing our purchase on a wonderful home, I just have to say that I, seriously, cannot image a more proficient realtor. She checks off ALL the boxes that you would want. She’s incredibly organized, stays on top of everything, is personable, and seemingly answers all emails and texts almost immediately. There was one time, for instance, where I thought of a question to ask her but it was around 11 PM. I texted her the question assuming she’d see it in the morning and answer but, instead, I had her answer about 4 minutes later! My wife and I could not be happier with how she represented us in this deal. She is GREAT!

Lauren was great! She was very responsive and made the process of finding, buying and waiting for a new construction home less stressful. Lauren answered all my questions along the way and immediately reached out the builder for answers related to the status and procedures of the building and closing.

I just moved to the States like about 2 yrs and know nothing about the property market and its trend. It started when I and spouse were looking around on the internet for home, not intentionally to buy at first, as we thought well we still have plenty of time, take it slow and just casually looking. We had some showing with some of the listing agents and finally we met with Lauren. She is definitely a great professional property agent that knows what you want and will try to give you the best option at your affordability range, she keeps us informed with new listing, educate us about the the market season, the pros and cons, especially at the current market condition when both of inventory and interest rate are low. Her knowledge is exceptional and we thank God we have her to be our agent. Finally one of our offer got accepted and we got our dream home! Though not exactly the same how I picture it, but it covers most of it. Can't complain in the current market condition. Great home with a good deal, I like it! And don't worry about the process, she will be with you all the way to the closing day. Even after that she still keeps me informed and answer for any little questions that I don't know about such as how to register to the utility company, the trash truck pick up schedules, etc. So TL/DR, I am glad and happy to have her as our agent and will definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for their dream home.
