Lauren’s work ethics are outstanding her knowledge amazing along with the business side of her there is a kind heart of gold compassionate and understanding. I was going through a very challenging time in my life I was also in another state her video walk through was like I was there in person and fell in love with the house . She went to work so fast with all that was needed and walked me through the whole process to closing I wasn’t able to be there in person and she helped me to find a power of attorney to be in my place . When we met Lauren for the first time, I thought she may not have the experience we might need. You see, we are living in Orlando and purchasing in North Augusta and I thought that might complicate things. Well, after completing our purchase on a wonderful home, I just have to say that I, seriously, cannot image a more proficient realtor. She checks off ALL the boxes that you would want. She’s incredibly organized, stays on top of everything, is personable, and seemingly answers all emails and texts almost immediately. There was one time, for instance, where I thought of a question to ask her but it was around 11 PM. I texted her the question assuming she’d see it in the morning and answer but, instead, I had her answer about 4 minutes later! My wife and I could not be happier with how she represented us in this deal. She is GREAT!

Lauren was great! She was very responsive and made the process of finding, buying and waiting for a new construction home less stressful. Lauren answered all my questions along the way and immediately reached out the builder for answers related to the status and procedures of the building and closing.

We got very lucky when we found Lauren. She is great. She worked with us to find the perfect house over several months due to us being from out of town. We highly recommend using her! She even meet with my college age daughter several times to view homes when I couldn’t be there. I will be keeping her name and number in my phone for future needs.
