Lauren was incredible she walked me through several homes, she was readily available when I needed her and her quick turn around responses when I found something I liked has enabled to find the home of my dreams. This market is super aggressive and finding a realtor that can assist in negotiating and walk a buyer through the process from beginning to end is not easy. I cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was working with Lauren to sell our family home of 53 years!!! This is a big event for most families and for many reasons it can be a really hard thing to do. Just clearing out the house was a massive and emotional job. So when the time came to decided how much work we should do to get it ready for sale we felt overwhelmed with the thought. Lauren kindly and clearly ran through our options and the pros and cons of selling as is or fixing it up. I live overseas and my parents are elderly so although we wanted to fix it up realistically we didn’t think we could handle the job……then Lauren said we could leave the job to her and so we did!! This was the best decision we ever made!!! Lauren coordinated the whole job keeping us updated all along the way, which was not easy considering I live in a totally different time zone. Lauren and her professional team handled the final clear-out and removal of furniture, all repairs, renovations, cleaning, staging, photographs and advertising…..the results were amazing!!!!! After a lot of investigative work on Lauren’s behalf and more conversations with us we were all able to easily agree on the price for the house. The first and only open house was a huge success!! We had multiple offers that Lauren professional presented and explained to us. She then successfully negotiated an offer selling the house for $30,000.00 over asking!!!! All this start to finish in just over a month!!!! Lauren then held my 81 year old parents hands and walked them through the entire process that goes from accepting the offer to the final closing, always patient and understanding along the way!!! The outcome could not have better and Lauren that would have not been possible without you!!!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!!

This was the best and easiest home selling experience we've had. The stager Lauren brought in gave us great advice that I'm convinced help us get our asking price with just one open house. When we were under the gun to get the house ready for the final inspection and close, and the buyers asked us to remove some of the items we thought they would want like paint for touch-ups, Lauren even found us someone to come in and take away all of that stuff on a day's notice. She was also great in helping us to find and close on our new place. We couldn't be happier.
