Lauren O’Brien did an outstanding job of creating and implementing a plan to sell our 100-year-old home.  Lauren’s knowledge and experience in understanding the market, neighborhood demographics, buyers’ expectations, and buyer’s financing intricacies, etc., resulted in a well-defined plan to market my home to a specific buyer’s segment.     Once the market strategy was identified, Lauren was instrumental in identifying what needed to be remodeled and then overseeing the remodeling project itself.  The remodel was complicated, involving electrical, mechanical, plumbing and construction, all of which Lauren handled seamlessly from inception through inspection with the local agencies. Under Lauren’s supervision, the total remodel came in under budget.  Each step of the process from demolition, to re-construction, “stageing”,  open house, reviewing offers, and finalizing the sale through the legal process, Lauren would keep us informed of what the next step would be and guiding us through the decisions to be made.  In all cases, Lauren was honest, kind and a true professional.  Thank you Lauren, for walking this journey with me.
