Let me first tell you that I've worked with hundreds or Realtors in my 10 years as a mortgage loan Originator and its almost always the same thing I hear from my clients, the realtor doesn't answer their call or call them back, they don't feel like they're a priority after they're under contract and they don't feel like the realtor didn't do much for their search and negotiations. LAUREN EXCELLED AT ALL OF THESE. I have NEVER Called Lauren and she didn't pick up on the first or second ring. She called to update me and explained everything (I didn't tell her I was very knowledgeable of the process already, it was nice to hear it from the clients point of view). She made every showing I requested and didn't reschedule. I found out later that she drove all the way home from a weekend getaway up north to show me the home I actually bought! When our offer was accepted she didn't distance herself either. She stayed on top of everyone and ensured I was getting what I needed from inspections etc. She actually recommended one additional foundation inspection and I wouldn't have even thought of it if she and the original inspector didn't explain to me what it was I should be checking out before buying this home. I decided go get it done and It was so worth it!!! There was an issue and Lauren even got the seller to pay for it to get fixed! On top of all that, she got me the coolest closing gift which was icing on the cake. The last thing that I'll mention is how nice it was that she called me a few weeks after closing to make sure everything was still going smoothly, just an incredible experience and I'm a tough critic being in the industry. Best realtor and I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND USING LAUREN FOR LISTING AND/OR BUYING!!!

Lauren met and exceeded everything that needed to get done, went so far above and beyond. I am so happy with her work and her care of me during this process. I needed a realtor who could handle anything & everything. I had a heart condition and couldn't handle any stress -- I let Lauren know and she made the often difficult decisions over what to share with me and what to buffer. She buffered all the bad / difficult parts and she gently, oh so gently, kept me in the loop on the critical parts where I needed to say yay or nay. She negotiated like the rockstar she is and she negotiates in a way that makes you happy to have her in your life. You can trust her & that's a rare thing to be able to say in any sector of business. Also, she has a way of brightening the room and it makes people want to work with her, both buyer, seller, other agents, tenants, everyone. She took such good care of me! She managed to get me top dollar for the house (an investment property) with a buyer who allowed my tenant to stay in the home. The tenant was a woman I had selected myself and who now had 7 children. I hoped she wouldn't have to move but I wasn't willing to take a lower offer in order to make that happen. Lauren found the ideal buyer for this unique situation and I doubled my investment on that particular property in only a few short years. Lauren Mannor is the best realtor I've ever worked with, by a long shot.

Lauren is fantastic! She was very motivated on getting showings in order. There were days when we may have had only 2 viewings and then by the end of the 2nd viewing we had more houses to look at. She worked around my husbands and my crazy schedules. We found a house within a week! She knew how to talk with owners and other realtors.

Lauren was always quick to answer any questions I had about the house we ended up buying, and while we were looking for a house, she was always on the ball to get us a showing as soon as possible! She was also helpful on guidance for home inspections referrals, mortgage company referrals, etc. She also helped us on ways to make an offer on a house more appealing, which is why we ultimately landed one.
