Lauren was super helpful in the purchase/sale of my homes! Even though I wasn't technically a first time buyer, it was something that my ex husband had always taken care of and she was really thorough and patient explaining the process. Lauren has sold several properties for me and I am 100% happy with each one. She can work with any type of buyer and any type of seller, even the most difficult ones. With each of my properties she sold, she went so far above and beyond to 1) make sure we all made it to the closing table, and 2) make sure both buyers and seller (me) felt like we got a good deal. Lauren is grounded, honest, reasonable, and she buffered me from any & all drama. For example, the last property of mine she sold came with a tenant who was extremely skilled at creating drama. Lauren was the ultimate buffer, to the point that I almost forgot it was even on the market (but since I had dealt with the tenants in the past, I knew she was probably going through he** to get it sold.) The home is now in the hands of new owners who will renovate as their own primary residence and make it beautiful again. Lauren goes the distance to make sure it all works out.
