She took extra time to review all offers and prepare a spreadsheet for us to review them in an effort to make the process as easy as possible for us. She was very knowledgable in the suggested sales price, provided us with a very detailed CMA that she reviewed with us, she did a wonderful job in directing the photography for the marketing of our home, as well as ensuring that the communication throughout the entire process was consistent, seamless, and accurate. We never felt as though we did not know what was occurring throughout the transaction.
