She took extra time to review all offers and prepare a spreadsheet for us to review them in an effort to make the process as easy as possible for us. She was very knowledgable in the suggested sales price, provided us with a very detailed CMA that she reviewed with us, she did a wonderful job in directing the photography for the marketing of our home, as well as ensuring that the communication throughout the entire process was consistent, seamless, and accurate. We never felt as though we did not know what was occurring throughout the transaction. Additionally, we were appreciative of the time that she and her preferred lender partner took to put a plan in place for us to successfully sale one home and transition to the next. Transactions do not always go as one plans, nevertheless, Lauren was an expert at the advice that she provided as well as the team that she has assembled around her. They all work tirelessly and effectively in communication, action, and guidance. There were hurdles that had to be jumped throughout, but the advice that was provided, allowed me and my wife to purchase our first home for our children and that is what matters most.
