Lauren was a pleasure to work with during our months of searching for our perfect house and when selling our townhouse! She was always extremely responsive to emails and flexible with showing us houses. Lauren had great insight when we would look at houses - pointing out things that might be a concern when selling in the future and noticing quality issues we may have missed. Most importantly, she refused to let us settled on a house that wasn't the right one for us regardless of when we'd get frustrated with the market.
