Lauren helped my husband and I buy our first home together. She was very thorough, detailed and patient with us. She spent time educating us on how the whole home buying process worked initially and really helped us navigate the entire process. She was very response to all of our questions. She also gave recommendations on some great vendors that we used for the process (inspection, mortgage lender, flooring, etc). Overall great first time home buying experience. We used Lauren as first time home buyers and then again when we were ready to sell that first home and buy another. Lauren was helpful and kept every step of the way, is extremely organized, and works for the best interest of her buyers and sellers. She will not push you into a sale (or purchase) that you are not comfortable with, just for her benefit. Lauren truly goes above and beyond for her clients. We didn't realize we needed to get our house in "show condition" before the appraisal, and we were already at work when we made this realization. Lauren came an hour early and vacuumed, put laundry away, and generally made the house presentable so it would show better for the appraisal. I have no hesitation in recommending Lauren to any of my friends who are looking to buy or sell their house.

Lauren was a pleasure to work with during our months of searching for our perfect house and when selling our townhouse! She was always extremely responsive to emails and flexible with showing us houses. Lauren had great insight when we would look at houses - pointing out things that might be a concern when selling in the future and noticing quality issues we may have missed.
