I cannot recommend Lauren highly enough as a buyer's broker. She took the time, at the start, to understand my goals and constraints during an initial, in-person meeting. She and her team were always responsive, which was much appreciated in this hyper-competitive market. Lauren always seemed to have the jump on other brokers regarding upcoming listings, and also off-market properties. We managed to see houses that the owners were otherwise reluctant to show. What I probably appreciated most was her ability to judge properties according to their fit with my desires and needs AND according to their resale value (their fit with future buyers). And she shares her opinion and expertise, rather than leaving her buyers to work out everything on their own. I felt in good hands at all times, which is a rare experience in real estate. In the end, I acquired a great, off-market property in one of my ideal locations and at my desired price point. (I should also mention that her recommendations and referrals for mortage lenders, contractors, etc., were fantastic; I jumped ship for one of the lenders she suggested and secured a incredibly low rate on my mortgage loan). If Lauren is still laboring in the trenches when the time comes to sell, I look forward to working with her again!
