From the first phone call Lauren was the best. Not only did she know exactly what needed to be done to update our home but knew the best people to do it. Since we were out of town she coordinated most of it. Lauren was always available to answer questions and was very knowledgeable about the area and price point. Her outgoing, caring personality made it a pleasure to work with her. I would highly recommend her.

My wife and daughter came out to the Highlands Ranch area to visit and browse the area from California (No surprise), and we connected with Lauren on a Friday evening after requesting some info on a house we liked. We were able to meet at the house the next morning, and while the house was not what we expected, we chatted with Lauren about what we wanted and what we wanted to see in the area, and she took us to see about 5 more houses that day. It was such a great learning experience about the area, and an even better experience learning from Lauren. As a family that would be transplanting to a new area we wanted to know as much as we could about the area, aside from just the homes. She has incredible knowledge of the area, including schools and family activities, and that was really the selling point of the area for us. While we didn’t find anything on Saturday, we sent Lauren some other houses we wanted to see and she scheduled the next day for us and showed us 5 or 6 more houses and we ended up finding the one we loved. As new buyers, we literally had no idea what the process is. Lauren was so knowledgeable about what the process would be and really helped us go through the process. I can easily say Lauren went above and beyond anything that was asked or expected of and we are incredibly thankful for the experience we had.
