She handled so much of the back-and-forth with seller's agent/ finance/ insurance/ HOA, managed many cycles of contract changes, and kept the noise for us to a minimum by telling us exactly what we need to do and when. Lauren was very helpful, patient, and earnest in helping us get our second house. She had been our advocate from start to finish, always putting our needs first and negotiating the best possible terms. She is great with meeting deadlines while keeping room for minor adjustments as deemed necessary. Her inspection process is meticulously documented and shared with the closing party to put forth reasonable repair requests. She is unassuming and will be quick to acknowledge that she may not know if she doesn’t know something and will check with her team to answer your questions in an honest manner. Highly recommend as your real estate agent.
Lauren was fantastic from our first telephone conversation until signing day. We chose to work with Lauren to support our move from Texas back to Colorado. While still living in Texas our ability to travel to Colorado was somewhat limited. Lauren was willing to given up Saturdays and Sundays, while we were in town, to show us as many homes as possible. Then when we returned to Texas she continued to do virtual tours via FaceTime. We probably looked at 25-30 homes in person and another 15-20 virtually before finally circling back to the very first home we looked at. Lauren was patient and supportive (sometimes a counselor) throughout the entire process. We couldn't recommend Lauren highly enough.
