Why can't we leave 10 stars?! Lauren is the most helpful, knowledgable, and funniest agent we have ever met. When we met Lauren, she was at an open house selling a home we almost bought. We chatted with her, laughed with her, and that day we asked her to become our agent because she was just awesome! And we don't regret it. Upon our very first offer, she called us and explained the entire process of buying a home (since it was our first) STEP BY STEP. She went over every detail and told us to interrupt with questions, if we had any. She understood we had a lot of questions, as this was our first home purchase and she was so helpful about it. Lauren would meet us on short notice almost always and if she couldn't, she would figure something out. She found homes for us that we loved and she was very knowledgable about each home, its worth, and the area surrounding it considering our needs. She is THE BEST agent we've met yet. Professional yet hilarious and ALWAYS happy (how do you do it?)! Looking forward to having her as our agent again when we sell our home in the future!
