This is the third time in six years that we have used Lauren as our agent. She is incredibly responsive, communicative, and ready to help in any way. Our sale and subsequent purchase of our new house were quick and seamless. She guided us, but included us in the process. During the sale, she respected our desires for specific marketing and a simple open house. There was nothing too large or too small to ask Lauren. She managed two simultaneous sales, furniture sales, home warranty management, leftover mail & clothing, not to mention all the other required paperwork.
