Lauren Friedman is the best Long Beach Realtor around! She was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout our journey of buying our first condo. We were initially renting a condo when the owner decided to sell, and we were unsure whether purchasing it was the right move due to some known issues. to the unit. A family friend connected us with Lauren, and from the very beginning, she made sure we did our due diligence arranging proper inspections and guiding us through price negotiations. When we ultimately couldn’t reach an agreement on the price or necessary repairs, Lauren helped us confidently move on. She quickly found us a temporary month-to-month rental and continued searching for our forever home. Lauren worked with us for months until we finally found the right place. As first time homebuyers, I truly appreciated her honesty, integrity, and thoughtful advice. She made sure we stayed within our budget and found a home that was the right fit for our family. I would highly recommend Lauren to all my friends and family; she is simply the best!
