Ms. Dowlen. warmth, courtesy, empathy and compassion. This lovely lady has checked on us after closing on the regular, just to ensure that things are on the Level. She was there at closing, she was there at the "blue tape inspection"with a stern finger, and continues to be a wealth of info at every hour. Puts the Real in Real estate.

Lauren was outstanding from start to finish. She helped us sell our house within 2 days. That was great!! From there she was already on the market looking for me and my Family to buy our new home. Unbelievably, we ran into some issues with our first property and she let us know not to worry and she will continue looking for us. She tiredly answered countless phone calls, emails and text messages from us and was very responsive and quick in action during the entire process . She was very calm and professional, always calming us down and making the process as easy as possible. Sure enough, she found the house that we are currently in right now! Lauren, was wonderful to work with and we are honored and pleased to have gone through this journey with her. It was a pleasure to work with Lauren!!!
