I’m not sure if there are sufficient superlatives in the English language to accurately describe LAUREN DEEM! Lauren is a fantastic real estate agent only overshadowed by her character, integrity and work ethic. I was planning to sell my home in Fort Lauderdale but didn’t know where I was going to move. I was referred to Lauren by my agent who had my listing in Fort Lauderdale. So, my significant other and I drove to Clermont to meet with Lauren. Lauren spent the next few days showing us listings and new construction all over Central Florida. Ultimately, Lauren found a great deal on a new build in progress in Winter Haven, FL. that would be ready in about 4 months. Lauren negotiated a money back guarantee of my deposit should my house not sell in time. Well, my home in Ft. Lauderdale went to contract in a day. I was faced with the need to find a short-term rental somewhere nearby. But where. Lauren scoured Central Florida and found a very nice home in a gated neighborhood in Davenport, Fl about 30 miles from Winter Haven.
