Lauren was the perfect real estate agent for my home purchase. From the very beginning, she sought to understand what I wanted in a house (e.g., location, style, finishes, layout) and sent me highly relevant listings as they became available. My area of interest is 30 minutes away from where she lives, but she never hesitated to meet me at a listing for a showing. Lauren's communication was proactive, prompt, and clear throughout the entire process. I also really appreciated her input on the quality of the listings, the fairness of the pricing, and potential ways to further improve the property to help me envision what it could be in the future state. Lauren's professionalism was never questioned throughout the process, which was particularly impressive given that the listing agent was so difficult to work with (e.g., slow to respond, pushing things to the last minute, unclear, not proactive, non-committal). Lauren put forth her full effort to make things happen and keep things moving despite the difficult dynamic with the listing agent. She was particularly helpful during the inspection and reinspection processes, maintaining a keen eye for detail and insisting that identified items were corrected on a timely basis. We closed on a second home in seven months with Lauren's assistance both times. From start to finish, Lauren devotes 110% effort to ensure the best experience possible. We were so lucky to have had Lauren Deem as our broker to assist in the sale of our house in Orlando. She is NOT one of those brokers who just want to get a listing and then sit on their duff waiting for a Buyer’s broker to bring a client. Lauren right away got her photographer in to get the listing up and running ASAP. She also held MANY open houses. She provided digital staging so that buyers could envision different furniture layouts in the rooms. She at all times was the consummate professional. Lauren was a God send for My Family and I. Our transition was possible because of her time and efforts.
