I’m not sure if there are sufficient superlatives in the English language to accurately describe LAUREN DEEM! Lauren is a fantastic real estate agent only overshadowed by her character, integrity and work ethic. I was planning to sell my home in Fort Lauderdale but didn’t know where I was going to move. I was referred to Lauren by my agent who had my listing in Fort Lauderdale. So, my significant other and I drove to Clermont to meet with Lauren. Lauren spent the next few days showing us listings and new construction all over Central Florida. Ultimately, Lauren found a great deal on a new build in progress in Winter Haven, FL. that would be ready in about 4 months. Lauren negotiated a money back guarantee of my deposit should my house not sell in time. Well, my home in Ft. Lauderdale went to contract in a day. I was faced with the need to find a short-term rental somewhere nearby. But where. Lauren scoured Central Florida and found a very nice home in a gated neighborhood in Davenport, Fl about 30 miles from Winter Haven. Lauren even drove to Davenport to view the property first hand for us. Lauren assisted in negotiations in order to secure the most favorable terms for us.
