At first, my husband and I were very hesitant with pursuing the idea of selling our 1st home while at the same time purchasing a new one. To us, this process always deemed to be one that would be long and difficult, and at times, impossible! However, I decided to reach out to Lauren to simply obtain some information and see what our options were. Before I knew it, she was able to come to our home and explain the whole process and answer all our questions! This aided us in understanding the transactions and what they entailed - so much so that we decided to move forward. We had our home up for sale that same day and received an offer the next! A short time later, we had an offer accepted and began the process of purchasing an upgraded home. We are extremely happy and satisfied with all of the assistance and time they provided us.
