Lauren and Josean are THE BEST! Hands down. Lauren helped me get into my beautiful home as a first time home buyer. Five years later her and Josean helped me sell that beautiful home. We had to get creative but, we were able to sell it in a decent amount of time, with an unstable market for just shy of what I was asking. They are the perfect team. Wow! It's the best descriptor I have! Lauren and her team handled everything for me. Being a first time seller it was so important to me to know that I was working with someone who had my best interest in mind. AND... I knew with every step every offer every interaction she most definitely only cared about finding me the best most lucrative offer. I would refer her business over and over again. She is not in it for the commission, she truly works for her and I could not have asked for a smoother more reassuring process, and Lauren provided that for me.
