She went out of her way to be available, sometimes at odd hours and and especially during the weekends. She was very familiar with the market and gave us sound advice when making offers. She even went out of her way to be a part of the Teacher Next Door program so we can have her as our agent. More importantly, she was our advocate and worked extremely hard to help us in every aspect of the home buying process - especially during the times of uncertainty and chaos. I was buying a home from across the country and I had never been to El Paso before. That would be a challenge for any realtor, but Lauren made it easy. She was very knowledgeable about the housing market in El Paso and got thorough videos of different houses to me as soon as I showed interest in them. I also bought during a time where bidding wars were happening on every single property and she made sure that I didn’t bid too high or too low. I ended up in a beautiful home for a good price. Couldn’t have done it without her!
She knows a lot about busyness my only opinion is she needs to work on her emotional part of the busyness and not loos control and to close a sale my agent needs to close that transaction and make the customer not feel left out
