Lauren was awesome throughout the process, patient, yet active behind the scenes. I really dislike when people push to try to sell the product, Lauren took note of what I wanted and allowed the process to play out instead of “pushing”. Once we were under contact and made it to signing, she fought to get what I wanted and explained everything that was going on and what to expect.
