Unbelievable Outstanding Magnificent

If you’re reading this review, odds are you are searching for a realtor. Let me be the first to tell you that your search is officially over! When you begin searching for your new home it’s amazing how everyone is suddenly a realtor or knows “the best “ realtor. For most folks purchasing a new home is the biggest investment of their lifetime therefore choosing the right realtor is absolutely ESSENTIAL! I speak from experience because when I started my home buying journey I made the wrong realtor choice and it quickly became apparent to me that I needed to make a change sooner rather than later. Thankfully for me and my family Laura Yandell was recommended. Beginning on day 1 of having Laura as my realtor things changed drastically for the BETTER! Laura is the epitome of professionalism from head to toe. She does not tell you what you want to hear, she tells you what you need to hear. She pays attention to every detail of all potential homes and makes you aware of any potential problems. She is an excellent communicator and negotiator. Messages and phones calls are always promptly returned and she truly does fight on your behalf. She is thorough and leaves no stone unturned. I had extenuating circumstances going on during the latter part of my home purchase and even though the situation was outside the scope of her job she was mindful of my predicament and did absolutely everything within her power to keep things moving. I could go on and on singing Laura’s praise but I think the biggest compliment I can give her is by saying that there is absolutely no doubt in my mind that without Laura I would still be living in an Air BnB and not in my beautiful new home.
