I’ve had an excellent experience working with Laura. She is professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive, always willing to go the extra mile. I’ve worked with her several times, and she has consistently made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Laura to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

This was a very smooth transaction. Laura communicated proactively, priced my house right the first time and helped work through some special closing issues. I had multiple offers within a few days and sold above asking. Laura is very personable and a pleasure to work with. If you want someone who is very knowledgeable about this market, you can't do any better.

Selling my home couldn’t have gone better! My realtor made the entire process easy and stress-free. She was responsive, honest, and always available to answer any questions. My house sold quickly and everything from contract to closing went smoothly. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Laura Yandell to anyone looking for a realtor!!!!

Laura was very professional. She shared her vision based on experience and provided information timely information. She did what she said she would do and ensured all questions were answered.

We had such an excellent experience working with Laura. We knew we wanted her as our realtor from the beginning because both her Mom and Laura were very well known realtors in our community. Laura also sold our son’s home few years ago very quickly. She sold our home the very first weekend it was listed! She managed every detail quickly, efficiently, and with great professionalism. She knows the market and she lets you know every detail you may need to know. The entire process of selling our home was made so easy thanks to Laura, and we couldn’t be more grateful. We totally will recommend her to anyone who would need the services of a realtor. Thank you again Laura!!

If you’re reading this review, odds are you are searching for a realtor. Let me be the first to tell you that your search is officially over! When you begin searching for your new home it’s amazing how everyone is suddenly a realtor or knows “the best “ realtor. For most folks purchasing a new home is the biggest investment of their lifetime therefore choosing the right realtor is absolutely ESSENTIAL! I speak from experience because when I started my home buying journey I made the wrong realtor choice and it quickly became apparent to me that I needed to make a change sooner rather than later. Thankfully for me and my family Laura Yandell was recommended. Beginning on day 1 of having Laura as my realtor things changed drastically for the BETTER! Laura is the epitome of professionalism from head to toe. She does not tell you what you want to hear, she tells you what you need to hear. She pays attention to every detail of all potential homes and makes you aware of any potential problems. She is an excellent communicator and negotiator. Messages and phones calls are always promptly returned and she truly does fight on your behalf. She is thorough and leaves no stone unturned. I had extenuating circumstances going on during the latter part of my home purchase and even though the situation was outside the scope of her job she was mindful of my predicament and did absolutely everything within her power to keep things moving. I could go on and on singing Laura’s praise but I think the biggest compliment I can give her is by saying that there is absolutely no doubt in my mind that without Laura I would still be living in an Air BnB and not in my beautiful new home. Laura is definitely someone you want on your side when navigating the ever changing landscape of home buying. Thank you Laura! I am forever in your debt!

Laura was very helpful for me as a first time buyer because she knows the market well, was always available when I had questions, and was able to point out things on some homes that the common eye would miss. She was a tremendous help throughout the entire process.

Very helpful in all areas, knowledgeable, always available, professionalism.

Truly one of the best. Very great communicator and very on top of things. She took initiative when dealing with builders and led negotiations on the house. She was able to negotiate almost $60,000 off the asking price of the house. Super professional and helped guide my wife and I through the housing process. Very worth it and will always refer her to anyone I know.

I've known Laura since 2013. She sold me my first home when I was 24/25. She's so informative and coaching you into not buying a bad house. She cares. People before pennies

I am thrilled to share my wonderful experience with Laura who recently assisted my husband and I on purchasing our first house in the US. Her professionalism, dedication, and expertise truly made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. From our initial meeting, it was clear that Laura was genuinely interested in understanding our needs and preferences. She took the time to explain every step of the home-buying process, ensuring that we felt comfortable and informed. Her knowledge of the local market was impressive, and provided valuable insight that helped us make informed decision. Throughout our journey, Laura was always available to answer any questions and concerns we had. She went over and beyond and we could not be happier in our new home.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Laura on our new home. This is my second time being lucky enough to use her as my agent. I would recommend her to any one of you are looking for the right place to call home!
