Ms. Topolski regularly checked on it and took care of any issues that arose. We were extremely pleased to receive an excellent offer. That sale also went well. Ms. Topolski is personable, knowledgeable and energetic. She was always available when we had a question or need. Perhaps most importantly, she has great integrity. We recommend her highly.
