Ms. Topolski was our dream Realtor. We decided to move from a large contemporary home in distant suburbia to a smaller condominium/ apartment nearer the city. She helped us plan for putting our existing house on the market by recommending a home inspection and then helping us find vendors who could resolve any problems. As that process went on, she regularly showed us possible homes. With each visit, we refined our preferences. She took the time to get to know us, eventually suggesting our current home. We love it. Weichert, Realtor has a support network that was able to process our purchase very quickly. Our old home was on the market for several months after we moved. Ms. Topolski regularly checked on it and took care of any issues that arose. We were extremely pleased to receive an excellent offer. That sale also went well. Ms. Topolski is personable, knowledgeable and energetic. She was always available when we had a question or need. Perhaps most importantly, she has great integrity. We recommend her highly.

She was extremely quick to contact me and schedule a viewing once a new property came on the market. It was obvious that she knew what I wanted, and conducted daily checks to see what new properties had been listed for my review. She gave a very personal touch to the service. Once I found the property I wanted, she was great with advising me on bargaining strategy and comparative property values. She represented me extremely well and her advice on dealing with the rent-back, repair negotiation, and closing issues was very helpful.
