Laura is a fantastic realtor. From start to finish, she is there with you through every step of the journey. She's organized, responsive, and knowledgeable. And she's able to provide great insight and information due to her many years of experience. She is incredibly detail oriented -- which was a huge asset in our home purchase. She also has great relationships with other brokers in the area, which was very important when we were buying during an extremely hot sellers market. Laura found us our dream house - and I could not recommend her enough!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Laura. Though I am familiar with the area and purchasing process, I cannot say enough good things about having Laura on my team. Throughout the search, Laura was consistently ahead of the curve, coming to showings fully prepared with comps and a thorough rundown of the neighborhood where a house was located. When I zeroed in on the house I ended up buying, Laura was extremely smooth and professional in maintaining a necessary dialogue with the seller's broker, mortgage broker, bank appraiser, etc. to ensure that the transaction went smoothly and addressed issues as they arose effectively and without drama. I would comfortably use her services again and refer her to friends.

Laura did a fabulous job assisting us in finding a unique property. Given that it is an antique house, there were a lot of potential inspection issues. With her contacts we were able to understand what the issues were and to adjust our bid accordingly.

Laura recently helped my wife and I close on our very first home, and we could not have been happier with her services. She did a phenomenal job making the complexities of home buying, from the mortgage application process to researching properties and negotiating the sales price, easy to understand and navigate. Laura is extremely responsive to communications day and night, weekday and weekend, and even made a point of checking in with us on several occasions just to make sure stress levels weren't high and we were feeling good about the process. The COVID-19 pandemic made this an especially challenging time to search for a new home, but Laura made sure that - even as we all coped with a new normal - we were able to schedule virtual and in-person tours while keeping everyone feeling safe and comfortable. She even helped us look for homes outside of her normal area of operation, and when she was unavailable to meet directly she connected us with one of her associates with specific expertise in our towns of interest. Even under normal circumstances Laura went above and beyond to put us in our dream home. The fact that she did it during times of great personal, local, and global uncertainty makes it even more remarkable, and we could not recommend her highly enough.

Laura was very easy to work with and helped me find my ideal location! She is very dedicated and honest. I was relocating to the East Coast and she spent the time helping me to understand each community. She also took into consideration my two big dogs and introduced me to some great dog parks!

Buying and selling houses is never easy but Laura went out of her way to make our process stress free. She promptly mediated any hurdles that came our way. She was honest and helped balance expectations with reality. She also did a wonderful job of staging our home. I would definitely work with her again and recommend her!
