Laura and her partner Katie provided accurate guidance before putting our house on the market, regarding timing, asking price and how to prepare the house for showing. They skillfully marketed the house using high quality photography and other advertising and staged the empty house to show it off effectively. The sum of this preparation was multiple offers submitted during its first weekend on the market including one very favorable offer which we accepted. During the time before closing the buyers tried to strong-arm a better deal and Laura helped us navigate the tough negotiations to reach a settlement we were very happy with. Throughout the entire process Laura was helpful, knowledgeable, flexible, and very friendly. It was a pleasure working with her.
We really lucked out when Haystack Realty was recommended as a realty company that would be helpful in selling my parents' 1930s era home.
