Laura Skinner was our primary realtor. Initially we worked with Laura and Katie Holloman (owner of Haystack Reality), but Laura did most of the work with us after that. Laura seemed to understand everything we needed to do and when she was not 100% sure she discussed the issue in question with her colleagues at Haystack. I appreciated that when Laura was unsure she did not guess what to do and instead did the appropriate research. Laura also volunteered useful information such as charities and removal companies as well as helping us with a check list for moving.
