In my opinion, finding a real estate agent is a lot like looking for a lawyer to take your case. Most are only interested if there's a big payoff. Not so with Laura. After my Mom’s passing there was a tiny piece of property that we needed to sell and Laura treated us like we were selling an estate. She operates on honesty, fairness, and trust, and she will give you her opinion without forcing it on you. Most importantly, she doesn't steer you just to make a sale. In today’s market, that is a rare quality. This is the second property that Laura has helped my family and we’re sure that it will not be the last.

Laura has had my rental properties for close to 20 years and so in itself that says everything. I have never worked with a more professional, helpful and knowledgable property agent, Laura and her team have been exceptional. Recently we decided to sell both our rentals and so we moved to a different mode, unsurprisingly, Laura was excellent. We were able to discuss our mutual considerations and collectively agree marketing priorities, such as pricing, benefits, in other words an engaged sales process as opposed to being told how it’s going to be.
