Oh my goodness, Laura was amazing

Oh my goodness, Laura was amazing. In a business level, every aspect of making offers was quick, professional, and well advised/thoughtful. Once the offer was accepted, she shepherded me through the action items to get us to and through closing seamlessly (in less than 3 weeks!). On a personal level, Laura was very patient and helpful for an anxious buyer (me). She talked me off the ledge when issues came up that were overblown by me (admittedly) and considered dealbreakers. She explained calmly, professionally and thoughtfully how these were minor and solvable. She was right in every instance. We will soon be moving into our new house, have already some of our neighbors, and can’t wait to make it our “home”.
