Laura recently helped my elderly mother with the sale of a house that was in poor condition and an obvious teardown. While my family worked to empty the home and move Mom to a more suitable living situation, I wanted to spend as little time managing the sale as possible. Laura made the whole dreaded process quick, painless, and fruitful beyond our wildest hopes. She listened attentively to our wishes and needs and made sure that all of them were met in our contract. Laura is savvy, kind, hyper-competent, and a direct and effective communicator. She was always quick to respond when there was a question or a hiccup, and nudged us in the nicest, gentlest way when we needed to be on top of a task to move everything forward. We feel blessed and grateful to have had Laura batting for us during a somewhat chaotic and difficult transition -- I really can't say enough good things.
