Laura was amazing to work with after my wife and I had a bad experience with another agent in the DMV area. She was always reachable and communicated to us proactively, and always had her ducks in a row we appreciated. She never pushed us, and she helped us narrow down in a methodical manner what area we wanted to be in, then what neighborhood we wanted, and helped us immensely define what we wanted in a house and what were MUST HAVEs and what were NICE TO HAVEs. She also knows homes in terms of what is feasible to fix and what is going to be a dealbreaker or expensive. In such a competitive market she was great with navigating the offer process to make us competitive and she never pushed us on our budget ceiling. We felt very comfortable working with her and communicating with her our likes and dislikes, and after about 5 months she helped us land in our dream neighborhood. With prior agent we also didn’t have the best lender and she referred us to another lender who she trusts and they were able to execute on a 2 week close process. Laura has great network of vendors and contractors as well and we’ve been using several of them post-close to get the house ready for move in. We are very THANKFUL to have found her and will continue to stay in contact with her as first time homeowners. She explained the process very well to us and was always patient.
