Finding a good real estate agent that is detail oriented, an excellent communicator, and (in our case) willing to view a bunch of properties for us (we were out of town buyers) is very hard to come by. When she'd view a property for us, she'd Facetime (if we were available), take videos/photos, and most importantly provide us honest feedback about the home, neighborhood and surrounding areas and whether it would be a good fit for what we were looking for.
